President

Kazi Saiful Hoque MBA,CBAP®,PMP®

Kazi Saiful Hoque, a recipient of National Industry award in 2006 in Banking served banking and financial sector for 19 years at senior level and thereafter is actively involved in consulting, manufacturing and hospitality management business. He is a professional trainer and Adjunct professor of 2 universities in Dhaka. He has expertise in International trade finance, Business Process Management, change management and Appraisal of Public Private Partnership Projects. Currently he chairs SS industrial Complex Ltd –an electric appliances manufacturing company and Grace Hospitality and event Management Ltd- a Hospitality Management company. Besides he is the chief Executive Officer of Green Resources a consulting firm giving consulting and advisory services to Local and international companies in the area of Project Planning, Financial Planning and Appraisal, Business Process Modeling, capacity management ,Change Management, business analytics etc. Throughout his career he has been speaking and advocating in seminars and symposium on empowerment of people with knowledge and skill development He believes that in the days of 4th industrial Revolution with rapid change in technology and business environment, business analysis, process management and organizational capability management can lead toward sustainability. 

Kazi obtained his post graduate degree in biological science from Dhaka University and completed MBA from Institute of Business Administration IBA, University of Dhaka. He also Studied Duke University USA in Business Analytics. He has been a member of IIBA in good standing since 2014 and became CBAP. He is a PMP from PMI, USA, Accredited Chattered Economist from GAFM and a Certified Block chain Expert. He is a researcher and authors of a number of publications. 

Kazi  is a philanthropist and social worker  involved in many local and international voluntary associations including Rotary International, I-PAG, Amnesty International and FINCA (fighting Poverty with Microfinance and Social Enterprise).

Mohammad Abdullah FCMA, MBA, M.Com

Currently Mr. Abdullah works as Head of Finance and General Affairs of s. Oliver, Bangladesh Liaison Office, a multinational fashion and life style company based in Europe. As a passion, Mr. Abdullah closely engage with his spouse’s Interior and engineering firm, R T look. He is the President elect of Rotary Club od Dhaka Luminous and Life member of Chittagong Samity.
 
He is the Fellow member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh, a national body of the professional cost and management accountants of Bangladesh. He has also Completed on line MBA (Finance) from University of Northwest, USA. He earned Master in Commerce (M.COM.) in Accounting from the University of Chittagong.
 
As a management professional Mr. Abdullah’s primary focus to develop a business from greenfield to successful operation. In this regard, his effort always concentrates on new ideas in business through analysis of available secondary data of related filed.

Md. Abdur Rahim FCMA, M.Com

Md. Abdur Rahim M.Com , FCMA is more then 20 years of experience financial professional . Currently has been working in a Japan based Multinational company “Juki Bangladesh Ltd”( Industrial sewing machine manufacturing company ) as CFO. He is experienced in Financial planning, budgeting, Forecasting, Risk Management and Board secretarial of the company. In addition to current role, he is also serving as Board Member of Woodcrest Homes Ltd. where he is the chairman of Finance and Audit Committee. He is also Director of the Haldane Pharmaceuticals ltd. and Rivezure pvt Ltd.

Mr. Abdur Rahim completed his Master of Commerce (M.com) in Accounting under Dhaka university. he is a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant and senior Fellow of the institute of Cost and management Accountants of Bangladesh .

Mr. Abdur Rahim is a AOTS (Association for technical scholarship) Japan Scholar ship holder and completed a course for “ Program for Cross Cultural Management” from Tokyo Japan under the AOTS scholarship. Mr. Rahim also a board member of Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous.

Mohammad Mukhlesur Rahman MBA, CPOA, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, DTM

Mohammad Mukhlesur Rahman is a seasoned corporate professional, specializing in project and portfolio management, corporate affairs, sustainability, leadership development, and coaching. With over a decade of experience in various telecom vendors, he currently serves a leading telecom operator in Bangladesh. Additionally, he provides advisory support to startups, NGO, and serves on the boards of several volunteer organizations, including Rotary, IIBA, Optimist, Toastmasters, House of Volunteers Bangladesh, and an international NGO Good Neighbors Bangladesh. His focus is on driving transformation to contribute to a better world.
 
Mr. Rahman holds an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. His superior expertise in project management is reflected in his attainment of PMP (2009), PgMP (2012), and PfMP (2014) certifications. He also earned the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) credential in 2021 from Toastmasters International and became a Certified Product Ownership Analyst (CPOA) in 2022 from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).
 
Mr. Rahman advocates for conscious engagement in all aspects of life, believing that human value has diminished due to widespread unconsciousness. His mission is to help rehumanize individuals. Additionally, he aims to integrate business analysis and other empowering methodologies that can play in fostering self-awareness among people and lead them towards a better life both for themselves and everyone around them. He is currently undergoing necessary training and conducting coaching both for individuals and organizations to obtain the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He envisions to empower and rehumanize people so that the world can be a better place for everyone.

Mohammad Shahadat Kabir

Mohammad Shahadat Kabir is an IT specialist with over 23 years of experience in various sectors including manufacturing, software development, banking, capital markets, international donor agencies, government organizations, and the garment industry.

He currently holds the position of General Manager and Head of Enterprise Solutions Development at Epyllion Group. Previously, he has worked as the CTO at Infinity Infotech Ltd. and Xpert Fintech Ltd. Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Vice President and Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) and biTS Design Services at BRAC IT Services Ltd. He possesses certifications from ASQ CSSBB, PMP, CBAP, OCP DBA, MC DBA for MSSQL, and MCAD for Microsoft.Net.

Mr. Shahadat has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from DU, a PGD(ICT) from BUET, and a Master's in Information Technology from DU. He has also contributed his time and expertise to organizations such as the PMI Bangladesh Chapter as Director of Administration and the IIBA Bangladesh Chapter as Vice President of Professional Development.

A. B. M. Taj-Ul Islam

A. B. M. Taj-Ul Islam began working with Grameenphone Limited in 2005 as a project member in the field. He ended his tenure there in 2016 as a project manager overseeing access roll-out initiatives. Subsequently, he acquired fundamental roll-out project management experience in cloud-based or digital projects across various organizations.
Mr. Taj-Ul later joined Metal Plus Limited as the Business Head of Power Support Division, where he oversaw the team responsible for both active and passive maintenance projects for approximately 11000 (Eleven Thousand) Telecom BTS sites belonging to the three telecom operators – Banglalink Digital Limited, Grameenphone Ltd., and ROBI Axiata Limited, until 2021. Additionally, this tenure included passive maintenance of Data centers (Core Switch) of Grameenphone Limited.
After twenty years of experience in project management, Mr. Islam switched to own business development in 2019 and founded a business entity Power Solution Bangladesh. He is currently focused on DC power systems, energy efficiency, and renewable energy in both public and private sectors.
Mr. Islam received his graduation from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) as a B. Sc. in EEE graduate. He graduated with a master's degree in Disaster Management from the Institute of Disaster Management & Vulnerability Studies, University of Dhaka, and an MBA with a major in finance from North South University (NSU).
In addition to being a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Mr. Taj-Ul is a Certified Energy Auditor from AEE. He is an Institute of Engineers Bangladesh Life Fellow (IEB).  As of 2021, he has been actively volunteering for the project management community and holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP). During 2022–2023, he oversaw the PMI Bangladesh Chapter's Portfolio of Finance & Audit. Additionally, he is currently in charge of the PMI Bangladesh Chapter's Program & Sponsorship portfolio for the term 2024–2025. In addition to being the Vice President of the International Institute of Business Analysis Bangladesh Chapter's Membership Portfolio, he has a very strong passion and mentality for volunteerism.

Bhaskar Ranjan Saha

Mr. Bhaskar Ranjan Saha is a distinguished C-Suite Executive with over 33 years of hands-on experience in various roles, ranging from MTO (Management Trainee Officer) to CXO (Chief Executive Officer). His professional journey has spanned diverse sectors, including textiles and apparel manufacturing, where he has made significant contributions restructuring Accounting Information System & Finance-Business Partnership.

He holds a Commerce Postgraduate degree from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh & is a Professional Accountant. Mr. Saha founded the Bhaskar Accounting Lab, an initiative focused on accelerating and enhancing managers’ productivity and efficiency in the workplace within the textiles and apparel manufacturing industry. The lab aims to produce competent managers in four pillars framework skills set by emphasizing the four core pillars of management: Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. Additionally, it actively mentors and supports underprivileged youth, guiding them from school to the workplace, emphasizing the importance of hard work, adaptability, and change management.

Mr. Bhaskar Ranjan Saha is a self-employed person since January 2018 after voluntary retirement from the position of Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) of a Private Group of Companies engaged in 100% export-oriented Textiles & Apparel Manufacturing in Bangladesh forming his own ventures partnering up with Datatex AG. Throughout his career, Mr. Saha has worked with diversified companies, including those engaged in 100% export-oriented textile and apparel manufacturing. His expertise and leadership have left a lasting impact on the industry.

A.N.M. Shibly Sadique

A.N.M. Shibly Sadique is Chief Technology Officer at Bantel Limited, an ICX company. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Avis technologies Limited, a sister organization of Bantel Limited. Prior to current role, he was an engineer in technology division, planning department at Robi Axaiata Limited (Formerly known as Telekom Malaysia International Bangladesh Limited) for 6 years. Later he has served as General Manager at the Enterprise Program Management office of the same organization.

 

He was born in 1980 at Dhaka. He completed his graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2004.

A.N.M. Shibly Sadique earned his PMP Certificate in 2018. He has worked in priority projects in Robi Axiata Limited as a Project Manager. As a volunteer, he is a member of a Rotary club (Phoenix) in Dhaka.
