Mr. Shahadat is an internationally recognized expert, holding prestigious certifications such as ASQ CSSBB, CBAP, PMP, OCP DBA, MCDBA, and MCAD. His role as a Service Design Analyst for the Bangladesh Government's Digital Service Design Lab (DSDL) workshops under the a2i program further underscores his impact in the field.
His educational qualifications are impressive, with a BSc and MSc in Physics from the University of Dhaka, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in ICT from BUET, and a Master’s in IT from Dhaka University. As an award-winning strategist and trainer, Mr. Shahadat is recognized for his impactful contributions to enterprise product and service design, digital solution architecture, IT business analysis, project management, IT operations management, organizational transformation, change management, and software development, making him a valuable asset to any organization seeking transformation and growth.

Kazi Saiful Hoque is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in business analysis, project management, and financial leadership. As the Charter Past President of the IIBA Bangladesh Chapter, he played a pivotal role in establishing and fostering the growth of the chapter, promoting the value of business analysis within the professional community.

Mohammad Abdullah FCMA, MBA, M.Com
He is the Fellow member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh, a national body of the professional cost and management accountants of Bangladesh. He has also Completed on line MBA (Finance) from University of Northwest, USA. He earned Master in Commerce (M.COM.) in Accounting from the University of Chittagong.
As a management professional Mr. Abdullah’s primary focus to develop a business from greenfield to successful operation. In this regard, his effort always concentrates on new ideas in business through analysis of available secondary data of related filed.

Sharmeen Akhter PMP, CSM, CPISI
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Jahangirnagar University. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), CPISI, and Scrum Master, Sharmeen is passionate about driving innovation and organizational transformation.
As the Treasurer of the IIBA Bangladesh Chapter, she leverages her strategic and financial expertise to support the chapter’s growth and empower the business analysis community.

Urmi Hira CSM,PMP
Beyond her professional endeavors, Urmi is deeply committed to volunteer work and community service. She has been an active member and volunteer for PMI Bangladesh Chapter, Optimist International Dhaka Club, and Rotary Club of Dhaka Phoenix, along with various animal welfare groups. She independently runs a cat shelter and is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, striving to create a meaningful impact in society.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) and is currently pursuing further academic advancement to complement his extensive professional experience. His educational background, combined with his deep industry knowledge, has enabled him to develop innovative solutions for large-scale IT projects.
Throughout his career, Sarker has been instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging agile methodologies and strategic execution to optimize project outcomes. He emphasizes an Act Upon MVP approach and a fail-fast mindset, ensuring maximum return on investment while fostering innovation. His leadership style is rooted in servant leadership, where collaboration and effective communication are prioritized to enhance team productivity and engagement.
Recognized for his commercial acumen, he has successfully navigated complex business landscapes, delivering projects within budget, schedule, and quality constraints. His ability to align IT strategies with organizational goals has contributed to significant business growth and operational efficiency.

A. B. M. Taj-Ul Islam
Mr. Taj-Ul later joined Metal Plus Limited as the Business Head of Power Support Division, where he oversaw the team responsible for both active and passive maintenance projects for approximately 11000 (Eleven Thousand) Telecom BTS sites belonging to the three telecom operators – Banglalink Digital Limited, Grameenphone Ltd., and ROBI Axiata Limited, until 2021. Additionally, this tenure included passive maintenance of Data centers (Core Switch) of Grameenphone Limited.
After twenty years of experience in project management, Mr. Islam switched to own business development in 2019 and founded a business entity Power Solution Bangladesh. He is currently focused on DC power systems, energy efficiency, and renewable energy in both public and private sectors.
Mr. Islam received his graduation from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) as a B. Sc. in EEE graduate. He graduated with a master's degree in Disaster Management from the Institute of Disaster Management & Vulnerability Studies, University of Dhaka, and an MBA with a major in finance from North South University (NSU).
In addition to being a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Mr. Taj-Ul is a Certified Energy Auditor from AEE. He is an Institute of Engineers Bangladesh Life Fellow (IEB). As of 2021, he has been actively volunteering for the project management community and holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP). During 2022–2023, he oversaw the PMI Bangladesh Chapter's Portfolio of Finance & Audit. Additionally, he is currently in charge of the PMI Bangladesh Chapter's Program & Sponsorship portfolio for the term 2024–2025. In addition to being the Vice President of the International Institute of Business Analysis Bangladesh Chapter's Membership Portfolio, he has a very strong passion and mentality for volunteerism.

Bhaskar Ranjan Saha
Mr. Bhaskar Ranjan Saha is a distinguished C-Suite Executive with over 33 years of hands-on experience in various roles, ranging from MTO (Management Trainee Officer) to CXO (Chief Executive Officer). His professional journey has spanned diverse sectors, including textiles and apparel manufacturing, where he has made significant contributions restructuring Accounting Information System & Finance-Business Partnership.
He holds a Commerce Postgraduate degree from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh & is a Professional Accountant. Mr. Saha founded the Bhaskar Accounting Lab, an initiative focused on accelerating and enhancing managers’ productivity and efficiency in the workplace within the textiles and apparel manufacturing industry. The lab aims to produce competent managers in four pillars framework skills set by emphasizing the four core pillars of management: Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. Additionally, it actively mentors and supports underprivileged youth, guiding them from school to the workplace, emphasizing the importance of hard work, adaptability, and change management.
Mr. Bhaskar Ranjan Saha is a self-employed person since January 2018 after voluntary retirement from the position of Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) of a Private Group of Companies engaged in 100% export-oriented Textiles & Apparel Manufacturing in Bangladesh forming his own ventures partnering up with Datatex AG. Throughout his career, Mr. Saha has worked with diversified companies, including those engaged in 100% export-oriented textile and apparel manufacturing. Khandoker Tamirul Islam
Over his long career life, he has led, manage and delivered more than 20 enterprise solutions covering private, public, autonomous bodies and international NGO like icddr,b.
Other than technical expertise, Mr. Tamirul has couple of publications also on IT in Healthcare in different international conference preceding.
By academic qualification, Mr. Tamirul has completed BS and MS in Computer Science from North South University. Other than the academia, he has received many trainings in home and abroad.

Kazi Mahmudur Rahman
Kazi Mahmudur Rahman is a seasoned risk management professional and prolific writer with nearly two decades of diverse experience across Risk Management, Relationship Marketing, and Market Communication.
He leads a dedicated risk management team, ensuring strategic alignment with Basel III and IFRS. He played a pivotal role in the bank’s transformation from branch-centric to centralized banking operations, enhancing efficiency and risk mitigation.
His leadership has been instrumental in transformational projects, including Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) and Expected Credit Loss (ECL)-based loan classification and provisioning, reinforcing financial resilience.
Beyond banking, Kazi’s marketing and communication background includes roles at Bangladesh’s first private FM radio station and Bitopi Advertising Agency (Leo Burnett affiliate), collaborating with brands like Grameenphone and HSBC.
A staunch proponent of lifelong learning, he has attended premier training programs, including one led by Prof. Philip Kotler. As a thought leader, his articles on banking, finance, and economics frequently appear in national publications like The Daily Prothom Alo.
Actively engaged in professional communities, he serves as Media & Communication Secretary of the Finance Alumni Association, University of Dhaka. Kazi played an essential role in editorial capacity and managed many publications and communications for Junior Chamber International and Finance Alumni Association.
As Vice President (VP) of Communication at IIBA Bangladesh Chapter, he is committed to enhancing engagement and elevating the Business Analysis (BA) profession in Bangladesh through impactful publications and strategic outreach.
