About Kazi Saiful Hoque
Kazi saiful Hoque, a recipient of National Industry award in 2006 in Banking served banking and financial sector for 19 years at senior level and thereafter is actively involved in consulting, manufacturing and hospitality management business. He is a professional trainer and Adjunct professor of 2 universities in Dhaka. He has expertise in International trade finance, Business Process Management, change management and Appraisal of Public Private Partnership Projects. Currently he chairs SS industrial Complex Ltd –an electric appliances manufacturing company and Grace Hospitality and event Management Ltd- a Hospitality Management company. Besides he is the chief Executive Officer of Green Resources a consulting firm giving consulting and advisory services to Local and international companies in the area of Project Planning, Financial Planning and Appraisal, Business Process Modeling, capacity management ,Change Management, business analytics etc.Throughout his career he has been speaking and advocating in seminars and symposium on empowerment of people with knowledge and skill development He believes that in the days of 4th industrial Revolution with rapid change in technology and business environment, business analysis, process management and organizational capability management can lead toward sustainability.
Kazi obtained his post graduate degree in biological science from Dhaka University and completed MBA from Institute of Business Administration IBA, University of Dhaka. He also Studied Duke University USA in Business Analytics. He has been a member of IIBA in good standing since 2014 and became CBAP. He is a PMP from PMI, USA, Accredited Chattered Economist from GAFM and a Certified Block chain Expert. He is a researcher and authors of a number of publications.
Kazi is a philanthropist and social worker involved in many local and international voluntary associations including Rotary International, I-PAG, Amnesty International and FINCA (fighting Poverty with Microfinance and Social Enterprise).

Currently Mr. Abdullah works as Head of Finance and General Affairs of s. Oliver, Bangladesh Liaison Office, a multinational fashion and life style company based in Europe. As a passion, Mr. Abdullah closely engage with his spouse’s Interior and engineering firm, R T look. He is the President elect of Rotary Club od Dhaka Luminous and Life member of Chittagong Samity.
He is the Fellow member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh, a national body of the professional cost and management accountants of Bangladesh. He has also Completed on line MBA (Finance) from University of Northwest, USA. He earned Master in Commerce (M.COM.) in Accounting from the University of Chittagong.
As a management professional Mr. Abdullah’s primary focus to develop a business from greenfield to successful operation. In this regard, his effort always concentrates on new ideas in business through analysis of available secondary data of related filed.
Md. Abdur Rahim M.Com , FCMA is more then 20 years of experience financial professional . Currently has been working in a Japan based Multinational company “Juki Bangladesh Ltd”( Industrial sewing machine manufacturing company ) as Head of Finance & Company Secretary. He is experienced in Financial planning, budgeting, Forecasting, Risk Management and Board secretarial of the company. In addition to current role, he is also serving as Board Member of Woodcrest Homes Ltd. where he is the chairman of Finance and Audit Committee. He is also Director of the Haldane Pharmaceuticals ltd. and Rivezure pvt Ltd.
Mr. Abdur Rahim completed his Master of Commerce (M.com) in Accounting under Dhaka university. he is a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant and senior Fellow of the institute of Cost and management Accountants of Bangladesh .
Mr. Abdur Rahim is a AOTS (Association for technical scholarship) Japan Scholar ship holder and completed a course for “ Program for Cross Cultural Management” from Tokyo Japan under the AOTS scholarship. Mr. Rahim also a board member of Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous.
Al Amin Redwanur Rahman, FCA, ACA (ICAEW) ACMA, CGMA, MBA is a professional accountant currently serving as Partner at Islam Hoque Hanif & Co. Chartered Accountants. He has also served as Director at Ernst & Young, one of the big4 accounting firm in the world. Mr. Rahman is involved in audit practice in Bangladesh since 2012 and currently leading audit of large local and multinational companies in Bangladesh. He is actively involved in professional development and audit practice in Bangladesh.
Mr. Rahman is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). He also holds associate membership at Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Mr. Rahman completed his graduation from North South University, Bangladesh and post-graduation from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Mr. Rahman is actively involved with Rotary Movement. He is an board member of Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous.
Mr.G. S. Farouqui completed Master of Science in the department of Psychology from Jagannath University in 1998, MBA in the department of Marketing from State University in 2004, LLB from Southeast University in 2008. In personal life, Mr. Farouqui is a Married person with two sons. Travelling, listening music, reading are areas of hobbies.
Mr. Farouqui presently serving as a treasurer of Rotary club of Dhaka Luminous and secretary elect for 2021-2022. Co-Founder and Vice President of Dr. Halima Foundation and Dr. Halima Public Library, Kapasia thana, Gazipur district. Dr. Halima Foundation and Dr. Halima Public Library, both organizations are serving for adult women and children non formal education for enhancement of literacy with cheerfulness in rural areas.
Shohag took his Engineering degree in EEE from BUET and MBA in Marketing from IBA, Dhaka University. With a passion on project, program and portfolio management, he earned his PMP in 2009, PgMP in 2012, and PfMP in 2014. He is also a Life Coach since 2017.
Shohag envisions human to engage with everything they do. He feels people have lost their human value to a large degree due to various reasons. So he works to rehumanize human to make the world a better place.
With more than 20+ years of experience, Mr. Shahadat, presently working as Cheif Technology Officer (CTO) at Infinity Infotech Ltd, is an IT professional with exposure in Software Development and Services Sector, Banking Industry, Capital Market, International Donor Agency, Government Organization, Manufacturing Industry, and NGO.
He has extensive experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Software Product Design, End to end UX/Customer Service Design, Software Product Management, IT sales, and Digital Transformation. Besides, He has onsite project management experience in Uganda, Tanzania, and Pakistan. Importantly, He holds the worldwide most recognized Certification ASQ CSSBB, PMP, CBAP, OCP DBA, MC DBA for MSSQL, MCAD for Microsoft .Net.
In academics, he holds B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Physics from DU; PGD(ICT) from BUET; Masters in IT from DU. He is also serving PMI Bangladesh Chapter as Director, Program & Sponsorship.
He was born in 1980 at Dhaka. He completed his graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2004.
A.N.M. Shibly Sadique earned his PMP Certificate in 2018. He has worked in priority projects in Robi Axiata Limited as a Project Manager. As a volunteer, he is a member of a Rotary club (Phoenix) in Dhaka.
Sara Safrin has been in the Software Development industry for more than 12 years. Her major analysis works are for Fintech solutions. She is the first female CBAP certified business analyst by IIBA from Bangladesh. She is currently working as an ICT Consultant, WHO, Bangladesh. She was in the lead role of the product and technology team as DGM, Solution Delivery at bKash Ltd. She was the Lead BA at BRAC IT Services and Implemented ERP at BRAC Bangladesh.
Rashed Mujib Noman is the country Director of Augmedix Bangladesh. He started his career at General Motors as Project Engineer. He also worked at The Boeing Company as the Senior Manager for Operations Control Center focusing on Customer Support, Technical Support, Fleet Monitoring, Reliability, Data Analytics, Prognostic Development, Tools & Process Development, and Business Development. He oversees operations and growth initiatives in Augmedix Bangladesh. Augmedix Bangladesh has experienced tremendous growth under his leadership. He is also serving as Director (Operations) for Bangladesh Association of Call Centers and Outsourcing (BACCO) and Vice-Chairman for Bangladesh Freelancer Development Society (BFDS).
Mr. Noman received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He received his MS in Engineering from University of South Carolina and MBA in Project Management from New York Institute of Technology.
Rashed is heavily involved with social work. He worked as the COO for Spreeha Foundation, Board Member for Tasveer. Recently he has founded Humanity Worldwide Foundation which is focusing on alleviating poverty.
